Order preparation
Ready-stock orders are processed according to the estimate shown at checkout or in the order confirmation. Processing time may change if payment, inventory, address, or compliance information requires review.
Custom and wholesale production begins only after we receive the required cleared payment, complete specifications, usable artwork, and proof approval where applicable. Time spent waiting for customer information or approval is not included in the production estimate.
Production time and shipping transit time are separate estimates. The estimated ship date is when an order is expected to leave the production facility or warehouse and is not the guaranteed delivery date.
Orders containing different products may ship separately when production dates, locations, carrier limits, or customer instructions make a split shipment practical. Additional charges will be disclosed where applicable.
Shipping methods and charges
Available methods may include express courier, standard parcel, air freight, sea freight, or delivery through a customer-appointed freight forwarder, depending on destination, product, quantity, weight, dimensions, value, and restrictions.
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout or provided in a quote. Remote-area service, address correction, special handling, changed cartons, storage, redirection, or a customer-requested faster service may create additional charges.
Tracking is provided when supported by the selected carrier. Freight and sea shipments may use a bill of lading, freight reference, or milestone updates instead of parcel-style tracking.
If you appoint a freight forwarder, provide complete delivery and booking instructions before shipment. Responsibility and risk allocation will follow the agreed written shipping term and applicable law.
Duties and customs
Unless checkout, the quote, or the applicable Incoterm expressly states that duties are included, the buyer or recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage, customs clearance, and destination charges.
The buyer is responsible for providing information, registrations, permits, tax numbers, or importer documents required at destination unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing.
Customs authorities may inspect, hold, or request information about a shipment. We will provide reasonable shipment documentation, but customs processing time and governmental decisions are outside our direct control.
Some products, materials, quantities, or destinations may be unavailable because of carrier, customs, sanctions, safety, or legal restrictions. We may request an alternative method or cancel and refund an order we cannot lawfully ship.
Delivery
Delivery estimates use information available when the order is confirmed. Carrier delays, customs, weather, peak-season congestion, labor interruptions, security events, and other circumstances may affect delivery.
Provide the required in-hand date before ordering and allow time for customs and unexpected delays. Do not rely solely on an estimated delivery date for an event unless a specific arrangement is confirmed in writing.
Check the delivery address before ordering and contact us immediately if a change is needed. Address changes are not guaranteed after shipment, and customer-caused correction, redirection, storage, return, or re-shipping charges may apply.
Carrier scans, signatures, photographs, freight receipts, and other delivery records may be used to confirm delivery. Contact us promptly if tracking shows delivery but the shipment cannot be located.
Shipping problems
If we learn that we cannot ship within the promised period, we will provide updated information and any delay notice required by law. Where applicable, you may accept the revised date or cancel the affected order for a prompt refund.
If a shipment appears lost, contact us so we can review tracking and open a carrier investigation. If loss is confirmed, we will provide the remedy required by the order terms and applicable law.
Keep all products, cartons, labels, and packing materials. Send photographs of the outer carton, shipping label, inner packaging, and affected products so we can review the damage and preserve carrier claim rights.
If a non-custom shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, unpaid duties, or failure to complete customs clearance, any refund may be reduced by actual shipping, duties, storage, and carrier charges where permitted by law.
