Using our website
These Terms of Service govern your use of nezoryxq.com and purchases from NEZORYXQ. By using the website, creating an account, approving a proof, accepting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our related policies.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. If you act for a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
You must provide accurate information and protect your login credentials. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or payment information has been compromised.
We may temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, misuse, security risks, unauthorized activity, or violations of these Terms.
Products, prices, and orders
We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Images may be illustrative, and dimensions, weights, colors, print areas, packaging, and other specifications may be subject to disclosed production tolerances.
Prices are shown in the displayed currency and may exclude shipping, duties, taxes, setup, artwork, samples, packaging, and other charges unless expressly stated. Wholesale quotes remain valid for the period shown in the quote.
An automated acknowledgment does not necessarily mean an order has been accepted for production. We may reject or cancel an order before production for unavailability, pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, unsuitable artwork, or inability to fulfill the requested specifications.
If a website price or description contains an obvious error, we may correct it before accepting the order. If payment has been collected and we cannot honor the order, we will notify you and issue the required refund.
Custom orders
Custom production may require cleared payment, complete specifications, acceptable artwork, and proof approval. You are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates, colors, dimensions, quantities, artwork placement, and product selection before approval.
Proof approval authorizes production. An error already visible in an approved proof is generally the customer’s responsibility when the finished product accurately follows that proof. A material deviation caused by us will be handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Cancellation may be requested before proof approval or production. Once a proof has been approved, special materials have been committed, or production has begun, custom products are normally non-cancelable and final sale except where a remedy is required by law or caused by our failure to perform.
Screen colors may differ from physical products. Reasonable variations may occur between materials, batches, print methods, embroidery, engraving, packaging, and lighting unless a specific physical standard has been expressly agreed.
Artwork and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us and our production partners a limited license to reproduce, adapt for manufacturing, store, and transmit it solely to quote, proof, manufacture, deliver, support, and maintain records for your order.
You represent that you own or are authorized to use all submitted names, trademarks, logos, photographs, designs, and other content. We may reject content that reasonably appears unlawful, infringing, offensive, or unauthorized.
The website design, text, graphics, product presentation, software, and NEZORYXQ branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
If you submit a review, question, photograph, or other content for public display, you grant us permission to display and format it for website and business-related purposes. Public submissions must reflect genuine experience and must not be unlawful or misleading.
Wholesale and payment
Wholesale orders may be subject to an individual quote, pro forma invoice, deposit schedule, MOQ, inspection standard, packaging specification, production tolerance, Incoterm, or delivery arrangement. Order-specific written terms control that commercial detail if they conflict with general website terms.
You agree to pay all stated charges in the required currency and according to the payment schedule. Custom and wholesale orders may require a deposit before production and payment of the remaining balance before shipment.
Bank transfers must include the requested order or invoice reference. Verify any changed bank details through an official contact channel before sending funds. Bank and intermediary fees are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Unless expressly included, prices do not include destination duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, customs fees, or similar governmental charges. The recipient is responsible unless a duties-paid arrangement is stated at checkout or in writing.
Shipping and returns
Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly agreed in writing. Shipping methods, delay notices, duties, tracking, loss, and damage are governed by our Shipping Policy and any order-specific shipping term.
Cancellations, returns, claims, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Correctly produced custom products are final sale, but this does not exclude remedies for defects, incorrect production, material nonconformity, shipping damage, or non-waivable legal rights.
If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide any delay notice and cancellation option required by applicable law. Customer delays in providing payment, artwork, specifications, or approval may extend the schedule.
Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, but this does not remove any obligation to provide notice, cancellation, or refund when required by applicable law.
Website and legal terms
You may not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, interfere with website operation, submit fraudulent orders or claims, scrape or abuse the service, infringe another party’s rights, or use the website for unlawful activity.
Payment providers, banks, carriers, WhatsApp, and other independent services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We remain responsible where applicable law does not permit responsibility to be excluded.
The website is provided on an available basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes express promises, product obligations, implied warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, or liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. We do not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or other liability that cannot legally be limited.
Before filing a claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections available under applicable law.
